General Questions

The basics of how EventLift works

What is EventLift?

EventLift is a productised event landing page service designed to help businesses launch and promote events more professionally. Instead of relying only on a social post or basic ticket link, you get a dedicated event page built around your campaign.

Who is EventLift for?

EventLift is ideal for restaurants, venues, hotels, hospitality businesses, entertainment brands, and organisers who want a cleaner, stronger way to present an event online.

What types of events can EventLift be used for?

It can be used for launch nights, dining experiences, seasonal events, ticketed evenings, private events, venue promotions, live entertainment, and many other one-off or campaign-based events.

Is EventLift only for hospitality events?

No. Hospitality is a strong fit, but EventLift can also work for business events, launches, pop-ups, community events, workshops, and branded campaigns where a focused event page is useful.

Do I need any technical skills to use it?

No. You simply choose a plan and complete the onboarding form. We use the details you provide to build the page for you.

Plans, Pricing & Hosting

What’s included and how the packages work

What’s included in each plan?

All plans include a custom event landing page, mobile-friendly design, and booking or ticket link setup. The main differences are hosting duration, revision rounds, and the level of promotional support included.

What’s the difference between Lite, Standard, and Premium?

Lite is the most streamlined option for simpler event launches. Standard adds longer hosting, more revisions, and social captions. Premium is the most complete setup, with longer visibility, more content support, and a private insights dashboard.

Is this a one-time payment or a subscription?

Standard EventLift plans are one-time payments. You choose the package that suits your event and pay once for that campaign setup.

Is hosting included?

Yes. Hosting is included in every plan. The length of time your page stays live depends on the package you choose.

How long does my event page stay live?

Lite includes 14 days hosting, Standard includes 30 days, and Premium includes 60 days.

Can I keep the page live for longer than my plan includes?

Yes, in many cases we can discuss extended hosting or a more tailored setup if your campaign needs a longer live period.

Can I use my own domain?

Standard plans are designed to run on EventLift hosting. If you need a custom domain or a more bespoke arrangement, that would usually fall under a custom setup.

Do I need to choose the most expensive plan for a good result?

Not at all. Every plan is built to look professional. The right plan depends more on how much campaign support, hosting time, and flexibility you need.

Content, Revisions & Delivery

What we need from you and how the build process works

How quickly can my event page be built?

Turnaround depends on the plan, workload, and how complete your content is when submitted. EventLift is designed to move quickly, especially when all event details and assets are ready to go.

What do I need to send you?

Typically we need your event name, date, time, venue, description, images or assets, and your booking or ticket link. If you have branding, logos, or partner details, those can be included too.

Can I request changes before it goes live?

Yes. Every plan includes revision rounds before launch. Lite includes 1 round, Standard includes 2, and Premium includes 3 fast-track revision rounds.

What happens if I need changes after launch?

Minor post-launch changes may be possible depending on the request and timing, but anything outside the included plan scope may need to be treated separately.

What if I do not have all my content ready yet?

It is best to have as much as possible ready before ordering, as that helps the page move forward faster. If something small is still being finalised, we can often work around that during the build process.

Do you write the event content for me?

The core event details usually come from you. Standard and Premium include more promotional support, such as social captions, and Premium includes an email newsletter draft.

Bookings, Links & Technical Details

How your page connects to bookings and promotion

Can you connect my ticket or booking link?

Yes. We can connect your existing booking, enquiry, registration, or ticketing link so visitors can take action directly from the page.

Do you handle ticket sales directly?

No. EventLift is designed to present and promote the event page professionally. Ticketing or booking transactions are handled through your chosen platform or link.

Can you use Eventbrite or another ticket platform?

Yes. If you already use a platform like Eventbrite or another external booking system, we can link to it as part of the setup.

Can I link to WhatsApp, email, or an enquiry form instead?

Yes. Not every event needs a ticketing platform. In many cases we can direct people to an enquiry form, WhatsApp, email, or another contact method.

Will my page work on mobile?

Yes. All EventLift pages are designed to work across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Can I share it on social media and email?

Absolutely. EventLift pages are designed to be easy to share across social media, email campaigns, WhatsApp, paid ads, and your own website.

Can I use the page in Google Ads or paid campaigns?

Yes. A dedicated event page can often work better than sending traffic to a generic page or external ticket link, especially when your campaign needs a focused destination.

Custom Requests & Support

For anything more tailored or outside the standard plans

What if my event needs something more custom?

If your campaign needs more than the standard plan structure, we can discuss a custom setup depending on the scope, goals, and requirements. If you need something more tailored, you can also explore our custom event solutions here.

Can you create pages for venue launches or longer campaigns?

Yes. EventLift can be adapted for larger campaigns, launches, and more specific event requirements where needed.

Can I use EventLift for recurring or multi-date events?

In some cases yes, but it depends on how the event is structured. Simpler one-off events fit the standard plans best, while more complex event structures may need a more tailored solution.

What happens after the hosting period ends?

Once the included hosting period ends, the page is no longer intended to remain live under the standard plan terms unless an extension or custom arrangement has been agreed.

Do I own the page?

EventLift is provided as a hosted campaign product rather than a full website handover. If you need something more bespoke in terms of ownership or delivery, that should be discussed as a custom project.

Is EventLift refundable?

As each EventLift page is custom-built for your event, refunds are generally not available once work has started. Full cancellation and refund terms are outlined in our Refund Policy.

Which plan do you recommend if I am not sure?

For most businesses, Standard is likely the best starting point. It gives a strong balance of hosting, flexibility, and promotional support without going into the full Premium setup.
