What happens after I submit and pay?

Once your order is submitted, we review your event details and begin preparing your EventLift page. If anything important is missing, we’ll contact you before build begins.

Is hosting included in the Lite plan?

Yes. Lite includes 14 days of hosting, which is ideal for short campaigns, launches, and time-sensitive events.

Can you use my ticket or booking link?

Absolutely. We can connect your existing ticketing, booking, RSVP, enquiry, or external event link so your page directs visitors exactly where they need to go.

Can I upgrade later if I need more?

Yes. If your event needs extra hosting time, more revisions, or additional promotional support, we can advise on the best upgrade path.
